I often wondered why image sharing sites like Flickr haven't been more involved with video, seeing as how hot video is right now. I believe that video on Flickr would make a nice compliment to the service.

Every time I visit Flickr I end up wandering around for hours and viewing the imagery. Around every corner their is something new to discover. I could literally spends days perusing the photo galleries.

From a post I read on TechCrunch it seems that Yahoo and it's PR department are mum on the Flickr video as is usual on early product announcements. Sometimes I think this is done purposefully to increase excitement and anticipation for their products.
